Bu li mic, there is no plumbing the depths of willful ignorance and I suspect that your muted cries for reality-based dialogue might only just faintly echo into the unbounded shallowness that looms behind its illusory facades where deaf and blissful somnolence rules supreme. I'm kinda at a loss for words, too...uhhhmmm...

IMHO, gobsmacking-WTF?-induction is THE intended purpose of political theater which owes its continued existence to sustaining the myth that it's a swell idea to sign up and pitch one's tent in either of two (apparently) warring encampments which are both sadly situated well within the boundaries and gripping tendrils of Camp Matrix.

The asinine policies clearly posted at the front gate were enough to convince me to turn away a long time ago. Nevertheless, I still have to admire your intestinal fortitude shown in efforts to make some kind of rational sense of it all. I usually just run a finger down my throat.

Titanic sucked, sucked, sucked and I wish I hadn't wasted any part of my life seeing it. James Cameron isn't much of a director, just a HUGE ego and backers and he chases technology. I loved Terminator. I enjoyed Avatar as a visual treat. The story is so old it farts dust and was intellectually appropriate for 10 year olds and NASCAR fans, yet I still recommend Avatar. Did I mention Titanic sucked? I never even saw Dances with Wolves because the lead is such a peckerwood.

Huh? Did I miss like some huge apocalyptic scene on Glen Beck's show besides Palin looking like Clarise (aka Jody Foster)? Simmer down. I am the center of the universe and I can tell you we're on a long slide into darkness and John's right--the sun will explode as a dwarf red or something a couple billion years from now. The world began the end of time era when I got married in 1976. September 6th. Mark your calendars as we entered postmodernism at that point and the blood letting of the middle class by the very rich coincided with my nuptial vows. It's all over but the gnashing of bleached teeth and rending of designer wear. Party on or volunteer in Haiti. There are no wrong choices, just consequences. Namaste, Bhudda butts.

Yes, RebL, I'm very proud of the way you've made wise choices your whole life.
Brush and floss daily.
I'm equally thankful that you've made very few unwise decisions.
Get a job, save your money, own a home and don't go wild with credit cards.
Unfortunately, your father has some Zorba the Greek in him. Sometimes he just has to take off his belt and dance.

Oh, duh! We all know exactly where all that folly gets you. Frankly, I prefer to keep my teeth.

I have done everything per expectations and for the most part, I like it. I like it almost all the time. Sometimes I wish I raised a little Hell. Then I remember how icky what little Hell I raised was and I'll take the boredom of Heaven in a second.

Unknown outcomes take a leap of faith of a totally different sort -- vulnerability. That has nothing to do with crapwad saint/sinner choices.

Anyway, glad to know six days after I called you that you are alive, cradd head.
